While we hope and would love for you to love everything in your order, we understand that sometimes you and your new bikini might not be a perfect fit.
Aggie Clo offers returns on full price merchandise only.
We are a small brand with minimal profit margins. Please keep in mind that because of that we can't afford the flexibility of a massive retailer, however we will do our best to make it right for you.
If you would like to return or exchange a full price item, please send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will provide you with the address and further steps. All returns must be shipped back to us within 7 days of the request approval.
* Please note that there is a $8 restocking fee that will be deducted from your refund.
Items must be returned in new and unused condition, with all original packaging and tags attached.
We cannot refund or take returns on clothing that has been worn or used.
Initial shipping charges cannot be refunded.
We reserves the right to refuse any returns which do not meet our return policy requirements or are returned without written approval.
We do not accept returns on sale items.
Return shipping is covered by the customer. We do not provide return labels.
We will accommodate an exchange for items in the same style in a different size or color. For a different style, please return your original item(s) and place a new order online separately. Exchanges are only processed upon receipt of returned item(s) and are based on stock availability. Exchanged items are shipped free of charge on domestic orders. Please note there’s a maximum of one exchange per item. nge.

In order to ensure the safest business practices for our customers, staff and faculties, we are not accepting international returns at this time.
If an item is received damaged or defective, please contact customer service within 3 days of receiving at firstname.lastname@example.org
RETURNED TO SENDER / REFUSED PACKAGES
Orders refused or deemed undeliverable by UPS will be returned to our warehouse. We will contact the customer via email and phone a total of three times before cancelling the order. Customers who still want to receive the package must pay for a new shipping label.
